We were contracted to provide a design and build programme for an incoming tenant at a 60,000 sq foot facility in Reading.

Services provided included:

  • A complex lighting design for the warehouse space, taking into consideration storage racking
  • Air source heat pumps to generate hot water
  • New variable refrigerant flow throughout including energy efficient ventilation
  • New mains and sub mains distribution
  • Fire & security systems
  • New building management system
  • A 100kw PV and battery storage system was also installed as part of our works
