A prestigious negotiated Design & Build project for our long standing client Overbury.

We surveyed and carried out the detailed design along with full mechanical and electrical install involving mains upgrades, crane lifts for plant and all within a 14 week programme duration.

Services included general lighting, display feature lighting, small power, event power, containment, full mechanical ventilation, VRF heating & cooling and plumbing & drainage inc BMS.

All services were exposed meaning close attention to detail was required when designing, setting out and installing.
