CP Hood Mechanical & Electrical were tasked with carrying out the full design development, negotiated tender and execution of this project from initial inception through to practical completion.
Services included a full LV switch upgrade, lighting, power, specialist power, essential and non essential, back up generators, VRF, CAT 5 water, VAV air handling including fume cupboards, specialist extract, HEPA H14 filtration and a complex BEMS strategy with metering.
We carried our full Part L compliance and offered support during each phase of the works including liaising with INGENZA staff to support with equipment being moves across from their previous facility.
