As part of the Mees Regulations we were asked by Aberdeen Standard Investment to review their existing stock and upgrade buildings to ensure they achieved EPC ratings of D and above.

To achieve this, works included:

  • Replacing existing wih new lighting controls
  • Variable refrigerant flow incorporating energy recovery to office areas
  • Substantial photovoltaic onsite energy generation
