Part of the Aviva Investors Group, 40 Spring Gardens is located in central Manchester.

CP Hood were cntracted to carry out the conversion of three floors from 4 pipe fan coil systems to new, modern and highly efficiennt variaable refigerant flow systems.

In addition we arried out work to create a new gymnasium, showers and toilet block in the basement of the building.

A new reception formtion formation with underfloor heating and lighting design was also completed.
