We took pleasure in carrying out the RIBA stage 4 design and install working alongside GRAHAM interior fit out.
This 100 self contained and serviced apartments included mains upgrades, lighting, power, fire alarm, access control systems (Vincard), smoke ventilation, on demand extract, heat recovery, VRF heating & cooling, domestic hot & cold water plantroom, BMS and natural gas upgrade.
