CP Hood Mechanical and electrical were tasked with the design, supply, install, test & commission of a new ward upgrade at Spire Private Health campus.

We were challenged with converting the heating system to a sealed and fully pressurised system along with installing a new pumped secondary hot water ring main with automatic thermal balancing valves.

New LED lighting, trunking, nurse call and bedhead trunking services along with heating, ventilation, sanitaryware and BMS.

The ward was delivered in phases across a 30 week programme of works.
