Briscoe Lane was completed as part of the Governments CIF (Conditions Improvement Fund) and involved the full design of a new modern, efficient heating system inc. boiler room and controls.

The work involved the removal of the old system and replacement with a new conventional 2 pipe LPHW heating system with 112 radiators, 2KM of pipework and associated values / thermal lagging.

The boiler room was replaced in full with new high efficient gas fired boilers, associated ancillary equipment and BEMS.

All associated electrical and builderswork and making good was carried out in house.

The work was carried out across the 6 week summer holiday period.
