Europe Snacks is a large manufacturer of snacks such as crisps, tortillas chips and crackers. Based in France, Spain and the UK they have a large manufacturing facility in Stevenage, Hertfordshire.
CP Hood were contracted to provide upgrades to their existing facilites, as well as to put in a new production line.
We carried out the supply and instal of all HVAC and electrical services along with all specialist machine and production line plant for the new line and upgraded all exisiting works.
Both temperature and relative humidity were factors in this programme of works and a mixture of evaporative humidification and dessicant humidification were supplied and installed.
A sophisticated building management system package was also provided, offering ultra close control over the facility.
